i really want to go there tommorow at the ayala avenue, however there are family affairs i need to attend to i n preparation for my cousin’s wedding set on my birthday – this 21st of june. anyway, my spirit will always be with these people fighting to be free of chains set by gma’s GLORIA FOREVER MOVEMENT!
i’m smokin’ from deep anger hearing representative mauricio domogan, one of the assholes who co-authored house resolution 1109. as if they are not satisfied enough upon trampling on the basic law of our land planning a charter change without the upper chamber (senate) in a bicameral form of congress, they are now undermining the power of people’s voice saying that they don’t care “magngangawa man ang mga tao sa kalsada.” i would just like to remind the good congressman that if not for those “nagngangangawang tao sa kalsada” you and you comrades won’t be sitting now in the house of representatives drafting amendments for the charter on gma’s lap!
more on rep. domogan. he added that they are planning on pursuing the constituent assembly next month. well, i cannot blame congressman domogan and his fellow if they are already running in a hurry since according to rumors, the con-ass should have been passed into the plenary last march or april but it seemed that a good 20 million pesos is what gma’s minions lead by speaker nograles is what they are waiting for.
one thing is for sure, gloria arroyo is trying her very best to stay on power. and she’s doing it in a very unconstitutional way. the 1987 charter clearly stated that a constituent assembly must be composed of both the senate and the house of representatives. i wonder if they just missed that part of the constitution. if gma and her minions have a benevolent intention on this charter change why are they keeping senate’s nose away from this? what is it that they fear with the senate’s involvement? i wonder how far are they going to go lying to people, betraying their constituents. i wonder what’s in store for us filipinos if they succeded.
anyway the rally tommorow will include the United Opposition the Association of Major Religious Superiors of the Philippines (Women), BAYAN, Concerned Citizens Movement, Black and White Movement, Edsa 3 Coalition, Gabriela, Kabataan, MY-ERAP, Liberal Party, Change Politics, Akbayan, Sanlakas, Artists Revolution, Pagbabago, Bangon Pilipinas, FPJPM, Movement for Good Governance and Vice president Teofisto Guingona.
so if you don’t have anything to do for tommorow, come at 5pm. and don’t you worry ’bout the news that there will be people who are inflicted with A(H1N1) virus among the mob tommorow. that’s just a sick hoax set by gma’s men to prevent the people from coming. a cloud seeding is also on her list so you better prepare umbrella’s and raincoats!
